I have had some pretty quick ferments. Usually when the fermentation temp is high. Ive even seen one of danas brews finish bubbling in one day. Do you know what your temp was? If you have serious concerns, you can take a gravity reading and if your 20 points high try re-pitching some yeast. And remember. Relax, have a home brew....
Welcome to the club
youll find most people are more than willing to share info with you. there are a lot of super knowledgeable people in the club willing to go help a fellow brewer out
It is after all a club. so that means it is a community.
welcome again and thanks for your help with the IE bug
Thanks for the words of encouragement. Although i'm quite sure i wasn't the first person to think of this method, I'm glad to know that i'm thinking along the lines of good end result and applying my tinkering skills in a way that helps my beer . I just need to keep the debris out...eventually i will likely try an in-line filter with an electric pump....I was also considering doing another pass through the chiller on the way to the keg, with an icewater loop to allow for quicker force carbonation( I'm pretty sure co2 will go/stay in solution eaiser if your solution is colder).
