About me

I try to brew a few batches (ales) a year from Fall to Spring... I just moved to Napa from Sacramento, and am eager to enjoy the cooler weather (which translates to a longer brewing season).
Though I usually brew from syrup or DME's, I will often include partial grains - though I have never ventured into full-grain brews.
